Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.

Delivery area

Deliveries are made world wide. Delivery periods and charges are outlined below.
Deliveries are not made to PO Box numbers.

Delivery dates are outlined below. Should an article be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected.
Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.

Republic Of Ireland : usually within 4 business days
United Kingdom: Usually within 7 business days
EU: Usually within 14 business days
Rest of the World : Usually within 21 business days

Delivery Charges

Items ordered will be packed together to minimise postage costs. Postage costs will then be calculated on the parcel weight and not the individual item weight.

Shipping Partner

Our goods are shipped with a courier or postal service during working hours and we would appreciate if you could make sure that somebody is available to accept your delivery. You must provide a phone number to allow the courier company to contact you should he need to, we can not ship goods until we receive a contact number.


All prices are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Terms of payment

The goods are delivered against payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, Laser).

Payment Security

Together with our hosting and payment partners we use the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments. We never store your card information. This means that your payment details are as secure as they possibly can be when you make a payment with us. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance.


Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing, within 10 days from date of invoice.

Our right to Cancel Orders

All orders over €250 value are  subject to a customer review to ensure that we can best meet your expectations. Such a review will typically include a check on the customers previous orders to identify potential issues with fit or styling. A very high percentage of returns on previous orders may lead to the cancellation of an order by us since it would be clear there is an issue and we are not providing the best possible service to you the customer. Where this occurs you will be informed via email and we will provide you with access to a free over the phone consultation to help understand what might be causing the issue.

Right to return goods

We want our customers to be thoroughly satisfied with Ruby Rouge purchases. As such, and in accordance with the The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC), we offer customers a full and undisputed refund on any goods which are returned within 14 days of delivery, provided such goods conform to the following conditions:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, this means

-Item unworn and unwashed
-Item contains all swing tags
-Item is undamaged, no tears, rips or shredding.

If an item is returned and smells of smoke, body odour, perfume / aftershave, cooking / food or is stained with makeup we cannot issue a refund / exchange. Likewise if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund / exchange.

If an item is not returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery, we cannot process a refund. In this case, we may however offer you the option of a credit note to be used online.

Postage costs will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to us using a registered delivery or courier service. We will not accept any responsibility for items which are lost in the post.

Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The colour of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate slightly from the actual product colour.

It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.


Mobile Terms of Service

The Ruby Rouge mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ruby Rouge (“Ruby Rouge”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Ruby Rouge’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ruby Rouge through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ruby Rouge. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to RubyRouge or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Ruby Rouge mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
