We are fully open as an online business offering delivery during the current pandemic. All our staff are wearing masks and observing HSE guidelines while we have modified our premises to ensure maximum safety for all.

We are currently exceptionally busy and as such items can sell out extremely quickly - often within minutes of being put up. However, we try our best to back stock items if there is demand but this very much depends on the supplier availability. The best option if something is sold out is to use our 'Back in Stock' function and register your email or phone number for an alert should this item come back into stock.

Thank you so much for your order! We strive to pick and dispatch most orders within 24 hours of order but obviously this is not always possible. When your order has been picked and packaged you will receive an email or text to let you know. At this point the package will be dispatched either via Courier or Post. Should there be an issue with your order we will contact you asap to explain why and let you know when to expect it.

This really depends on your location and the method used to dispatch.

In general -

Orders in the island of Ireland will be delivered within 4 days of ordering.

Orders to the UK are currently taking up to 14 days due to Brexit and COVID delays.

Rest of World deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days.

Unfortunately due to an issue with our eCommerce platform, currently if you use an accelerated checkout such as ShopPay, Apple Pay or Android Pay our system cannot apply a free delivery discount. Should this be the case, please contact us and we will refund the charge to you immediately.

You can use most methods, but please try to use a tracked method where possible.

In Republic of Ireland you can use the An Post ReturnPal service to have your return picked up from your door. You can also use DPD's return service to drop off the item at one of their pick up points.

When you send us a return it can take a number of days to reach us depending on the method used. We process returns as soon as possible however it can take up to 7 days for your bank to show this refund on your account. If after 10 days you have not received your refund, please contact our customer support and we will investigate further.

On rare occasions we may have to cancel your order due to an item being out of stock/missing. When this happens we will refund your order completely including any delivery charges. Unfortunately it may take your bank up to 7 days to reflect this refund in your account.

Ruby Rouge is now fully online therefore we are no longer able to serve customers directly. For this reason you can no longer visit the store directly.

We are hoping to open a personal shopping service at a future date.

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions we are unable to allow customers visit our premises, even just to drop off a return. We request that you send the return to us via Post/Courier
