Our Delivery Policy
We really hope you are going to love your Ruby purchase, and we want this experience to be as good as if you visited our store in person! We have been selling online across the world since 2008 so we hope we have a good handle on it at this stage.
In trying to keep delivery charges as simple as possible, please note the following charges:
Within the island of Ireland, the delivery charge is €5.00 regardless of weight.
For deliveries to the UK we charge €6 with DPD (approx £5)
To the rest of the world we charge €25 and send with An Post (please note* with over-seas parcels the tracking number can change to an international number when it leaves Ireland, so you may need to contact An Post directly to receive the updated tracking info)
We are constantly reviewing our delivery options to select the most cost effective yet reliable sources for our customers and we pledge to maintain these delivery costs and qualities.
Delivery Update December 2020 : as we are experiencing high volumes of orders please allow 2-3 working days for deliveries within Ireland. You will receive shipping updates from our partner DPD when your lovely parcel is en route.
Our Partner for all deliveries in Ireland and the UK is DPD, For all other deliveries we will use your local postal company An Post. Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Sale items are stored off-site so please allow up to 5 working days for shipping within Ireland.
In the UK we would expect to deliver within 5 days, for Europe please allow up to 10 days and for the rest of the world you should allow up to 14 days. Where bank holidays, festive occasions or bad weather occur obviously this may also affect your delivery time.
You must provide us with a contact mobile number so that the courier can contact you to organise the quickest possible delivery. You will receive an SMS on the day of delivery with an estimated arrival time.

Unfortunately we have had to suspend this service due to high volumes of orders, at the moment due to storage and moving premises it's not something we can offer. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are currently looking into alternative methods for our local customers, so please bear with us as we try to resolve this. For now all online orders will be shipped out as normal.
