If for some unfortunate reason you need to return your item, please contact a Ruby
Doll to receive your returns number, and ensure it is returned in re-saleable condition to the Dollshouse within
7 days of receipt. The item must be returned with tags intact and a valid receipt.
We cannot guarantee return of item so please ensure you send it via courier or tracked post
